Payment Under Review

Hello

One week ago a payment from my client was transfered to my Payoneer card. After 5 hours it was substracted from the card with information "Freeze funds see log for details".

First of all, where can i find LOG?

I didn't receive any information about this situation, no email, nothing. I only noticed that something is wrong when I was trying to withdraw money from ATM and it told me that I don't have enough funds. Not cool.

Now, 7 days later, I still don't know what's going on and when (or even IF) I'll get my money back.

Chat operator couldn't help me.
Three e-mails to Payoneer resulted in ZERO answers.

I have two more invoices waiting to be sent, but honestly I don't want to send them as I'm too scared you'll also take that money.

I'm starting to feel robbed.

Same here, the customer is a legit business. It's like the fifth payment we've done via Payoneer, but the first time they froze my funds. Before Payoneer we were using PayPal for a few years and it didn't happen once there.

I'm not mad because they review some payments. But the way they do it is tragic, no emails, no information how long it may take.

It's not so hard to send me: "Dear customer, your payment must be reviewed by our team so it will be frozen for a few days. Don't worry, your funds will be transferred back to your account within X days."

The good news is that about an hour after writing this post they sent me an email. But again they assured me that my problem was transferred to "the relevant department" and they'll let me know. It's the same thing I was told via chat, but still no solution.

mxh -> Good luck, I hope you'll get your money back soon. Let me know when you do!

This is my first time I am using Paayoneer Services and I transferred an amount of 60$ but there is no credit in my account as this is the 14th day. Is this company reliable, I am afraid now. Can anyone help me out. Do anyone received money from this Site ever. I am feeling cheated now, their customer care no. is showing as invalid and no response from email, They are disconnecting chats. :s What should I do?

One more week and still no details about the problem. Payoneer Customer Care sent me a few emails that they'll check what's going on and let me know soon. But so far they didn't.

Almost three weeks have passed and I still can't spend money I earned with my hard work.

    Not cool.

Golam_Azam -> I did. Four or five times. Everytime I was told that the relevant department will check the transaction and I'll be contacted in a few days.
Also the client didn't cancel the payment, it's "under review".

    @MichalWelna,
you can contact 4 or 5 times but you should not create various ticket. When you contact payoneer more than one times you should use previous reference number. You should use one reference number to contact. Now you should wait for reply. You can either call them...
    Thank You!

It doesn't change anything if I call them. They'll "contact a relevant department and let me know". :(

Michale, you requested a payment and they paid you through which service? Through the Global Payment or was it from their Payoneer account to your Payoneer account?

PayoneerBrasilHelp: Global Payment. The payment was made, after one week it was added to my Payoneer around 0 AM. Around 6 AM it was given status "frozen" and in details it is "under review".

Let me add that this wasn't the first payment from that customer. We were using Payoneer for a few times before and two times after. There was never any problem with the payments except that one time.

Is he a independent company making a payment to you or is he sending it as a personal payment?
Because there is the risk that if he sent it as a person instead of his company account, the funds may be placed on hold for a long period of time and a lot of the times it can be denied/rejected by Payoneer.

@Golam_Azam  global payment service doesn't accept only credit cards, you can receive payments from global companies in any form. such as direct online transfer also known as e-checks.

    Please Note!
    • Only ACH (US local bank) transfers in USD can be accepted
    • Transfers must be made from a company account
    • Transfers from individuals will be automatically rejected
    • Wire transfers are not supported
    • Transfers made from a company account owned by you cannot be accepted

@MichalWelna , yes just wait for their response and contact the company as well and verify if it was sent from their company account and not a personal account. Also feel free to reach PAyoneer if you still have questions about the process.

This has all the information about the global payment service. Please read through it as it is very helpful:

    http://blog.payoneer.com/receive-payment-from-companies-worldwide-with-the-global-payment-service/

Please note: "If you’d like to offer your client even more ways to pay, simply request a payment directly from Payoneer and your client can pay via credit card, eCheck, and local bank transfer (via the Global Payment Service)."

    Thanks!
