How to pay with payoneer on uk sites ?

I want to use payoneer to buy things in the internet. Is payoneer mastercard considred as an american card?for some reason I want to use it as a uk card, is that possible?.

    Hey,
    To receive UK card, you need to apply payoneer placing UK address. Master card is same for all and everywhere accepted.
