Missed payment

Dears,
My employer (parther-Brideford) has completed the transaction for 149$ for my Payoneer card nearly a day ago but I still see nothing on my card balance! Everybody in our company has received their money. The problem is in Payoneer because in Livingston fin.cabinet everything is OK. Payoneer support company don't answer my emails. I cannot phone them because I am hearing impaired. Live chats are also not working!
