Withdraw Payment to Bank Not Received since More than 10 Days

Hi,
Its been 10 days I have not received my withdrawn payment in Bank yet.
At the time of account creation and verification I added all my details of Askari Bank with IBAN and Swift Code etc. and my account got approved after bank verification.
On 14th October 2016 I withdrawn 655 Euros to my Askari Bank but withdrawn payment not received. After a week I contacted to Payoneer support and they sent me a document where it was mentioned that the payment was sent in Bank Alfalah with the same account number I own in Askari Bank. I tried to validate the same bank account number with Alfalah and they said its invalid and its not possible to send any payment in invalid account.
I trying to contact the Payoneer support via same ticket but not getting any reply since last few days.
Anyone can please help me?
