After Login my account, it Shows Elance on the top of left side

after login in my payoneer account, on the top of left side it shows Elance, but i saw my friends account showing Payoneer. Is there any difference? if there, what are these difference? can i use it like payoneer card? do i have option to change Elance to Payoneer?
