Why I didn't get US$25 sign up reward yet?

If I sign up I gonna get 25USD.. it was said but I didn't get that. why?

    Hi guys, 
    You can ask around, it most certainly is not a lie :) First, to get the bonus you need to make sure that a. you signed up through a referral link, b. you loaded 100$ as required.
    If you did and still haven't got the referral reward, I would suggest you contact our customer care team and ask them to look into it.
