Payment Rejected

I am fed up with all this. It has been more than 20 days my payment has not been resolved yet.

Payment 1:

My client has been charged 407$ but payment has been rejected from payoneer ends. Secondly, my client contacted his bank and they told payment is pending at merchants end and payoneer is saying they did not receive.

Payment 2:

Same happened yesterday my client paid me 75$ but again payoneer rejected it. Same my client is charged with 75$. He contacted his bank and same his bank told payment is pending at merchants end.

What is happening??? Please resolve this issue. I need this issue to be resolved at earliest.
