processing card load? why?

i have received a payment on my payoneer master card. and it says there processing card load.. and i am really frustrated :(

    I have the same problem. My employer paid me last November 5, Saturday but until now, the money has not been credited to my account. All I get is the same thing, "Processed: Estimated load date 11/05/1016 1:08:11 PM" and it's way past that now. What is wrong please? I already went through the verification process last September and have been using Payoneer for a year. I thought i would no longer have to suffer the same thing that I suffered through the past year for more than twice. This is disappointing. I have contacted customer support but the canned reply is even more disappointing. Please help.
