My card is blocked too What's wrong with payoneer?

I had 1760$ on my payoneer and my card was blocked why is it good for a company with so many customers to block their cards when they has huge balance or even anything money is money. And How can I get my balance back??

    Hello guys,

Let me develop here my case with service. In October 2016, I got first money on Payoneer and made a simple transfer to my bank. Later in November I tried to add a new card, my business card, but it took them 7 days to verify it. All good, since I thought I can now transfer my money.

After I missed my 2nd secret password, they locked my account. Ok. I tried to call their support team, email them, wrote them on FB and twitter and got back FB message that after I regain access, I won't be able to withdraw funds for 30 days for security concerns.

My question is why it takes so long to get my money? Is this some kind of new business model where you earn with your clients money? I hope I'll get my money back ASAP, but for sure I'm canceling this service which looks really fishy.

Please, give me some answers. How to proceed? I need my money and their customer support is really low quality so don't know who or what to ask.

    Thank you!

    Hi MaticU,

I have exactly the same problem. I have never heard about that before...
However I definitely sure about that this is not normal. 30 days for security concerns?
    Why?
This does not make ANY sense.
The account is mine. The money is mine. I worked hard for it. I can prove my identity. ID card, bank account, so on...
What kind of a security concerns? This is stupid..

    I don't understand at all.
What will change in 30 days?
    This is NONSENSE.

I guess, after 30 days we have to wait more days, another low quality problem solving and process. And much more long days, weeks, until we can see our money...

So yeah, I think you are right and this is a new kind of a business model, and it is not too funny.

Please let me know if your problem solved, and how!
    Thank you so much!

Same problem. I have $751 on my payoneer and my card has been blocked, without any prior warning or reason. Services being disabled, payments not received/sent, etc...

21 November I try contacting payoneer support via email, but no answer.

How can I get my balance back? I hope I'll get my money back ASAP.
