Information Required to Receive a Payment

Hello support,

Why I'm having to do my ID Verification again? Years ago I already have been verificated with ID Upload.

I can't receive a payment now although I have been receiving payment for years.

Please advice.

    I am facing the same issue. Been receiving payments for 2 years or more but this is the first time I am facing this issue! How did you solve it?

    I have been receiving payments for last 2 years or more. Never had an issue like this. I already submitted the form with my national id. But no luck yet. I am worried. I am holding my clients from sending me any more payments. When can I expect it to be solved?? Not getting any response anywhere. It's becoming frustrating! Please respond.
