Withdrawing my money

Hello
First of all I am very happy to be with you here and i have some questions
i am a new freelancer , I am working as an editor and i had a good salary on upwork and fiverr
The problem is fiverr , I connected already my card with payoneer and still could not withdraw my money
Tried a lot to talk with customer service and they replied one time .
Please let me know if anyone happen this issue to him also
