Hello Payoneer...

I want to buy google play developer by my card payoneer but I get problem when I buy and I want to know my card is enabled for international and online transactions too because a contact Support the google and they told me to contact you can you help me please

    i already did that and paid with payoneer card without problem

    but when I want to buy by payoneer card I got this problem "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later"

    i don't have idea about this error ; maybe you may try with other internet explorer
    also i always use payoneer card to purchase from google play
