Can't connect to Zmedianow

Hello. I already have a Payoneer account and I already received a card but when I try to connect to Zmedianow to receive my payments, I get access denied. I've already sent a message twice to the website's contact form and got an automatic response in both of them telling me to click on "I already have an account", but that's exactly what I'm doing. The tickets were 161118-001978 and 161118-002151.

I don't wanna make another account with another e-mail because it took 1 month for my card to arrive.

    To me also the same happened to me who can help me to be able to affiliate the card in this website
