Card blocked! Payments declined!

Hi everyone,

From 10 days ago Payoneer started to decline all the payments being sent to my account via the Global Payment Service although I've been using this feature for months and months now! I've checked with them and they said they are running my account under internal review!
Today I discovered they blocked my card too!

I've talked with them by phone and they can't afford me any answer! All what I got is "wait"!

I run through this discussion blog and I found that many are facing the same problem!

I'm really wondering how can they just stop their services with no prior notifications or even providing a clear reason, or at least give us a fixed date of when this issue will be solved! Just asking us to "wait" is not a professional answer!

A professional business can't ignore their customers just like that! They need to explain to us! I'm sure many facing this problem are running whole businesses based on Payoneer services! Being laid like that without clarification is not acceptable!

    I am in the same situation. I have my card and account blocked payoneer. I can not use or withdraw my funds from November 16 :(

    same thing happens to me and i got many payments in process by clients as it was end of month. Card blocked :( payments freeze. it is affecting my business and clients and no response from payoneer no notification about blocking or anything.
