$11,000+ (In Process) Transaction Disappeared on Payment History

I left a private message complain in the payoneer facebook page. But nobody seems to care. So I guess I have to try my luck here.

Payment was received in my Payoneer Account last Friday 6:00 AM EST, Nov 18, 2016.

It was stuck in (In Process) for more than 48 hours now.

Now, as of this moment, I just checked my payoneer account and the payment transaction magically disappeared.

The BIGGEST problem of all is that this is my main source of income and it is always expected to be in bank 3 days after payment. But now it just magically disappeared from my payment history, I am shattered. I got bills and employees to pay. Payoneer is literally killing me.

    Okay, it turned out to be that Payoneer returned the payment to the sender due to Local Receiving Limit - to which I haven't read because the payoneer website doesn't tell anything about receiving limits other than India, and im not even from India, So why limit and return the payment?

    Bad thing is, Payoneer doesn't even have the courtesy of informing or notifying me through e-mail. or at least a message in my account that the payment has been returned. But no, the payment transaction in payment history just disappeared, and no explanation unless you I emailed them first.

    Worst thing is, I don't have any proof that the payment has been returned. How can I tell the sender that the payment has been returned to them, and oh, the payment is already marked as "SENT" in the senders website!

    Payoneer doesn't seem to care at all, you might not know or feel it Payoneer, but you are ruining peoples business and lives.

    My experience with payoneer has been awful. My money and transaction history disappeared from my account! THankfully, it was only $5. Does anyone know how to reach payoneer customer service?!!
