11 days past ordering the card but not arrived

11 days past ordering the card but not arrived..!
Firstly i ordered card with an another name which was not similar to my account's username..
Then they sent me the following message & asked me to replay the message & i replay with my shipping address.
After that i didn't got any confirmation, as well as i viewed my application status & saw i'm in the second step (Approval) yet.
(Your application is currently being reviewed. You will receive an update within the next several business days.)
Please some one help me!
This the message which they sent me:
