Security issue, which doesn't make sense? 30 days

Please somebody explain me, how does "30 days security" make any sense. :(

My account was reinstated. - After a long tortuous process until I could contact with a customer support and they would so kind to solved my problem. - I was so happy, I can access my account again, because I need my money I worked for it.

Why does it take 30 days until I can make anything?
This is nonsense.
After 30 days what will change?
After 30 days I have to verify myself?
Or what's the next cheaty trick from payoneer?

I really don't understand what's going on.

The account is mine. I am the account holder. The money is mine. I worked for it. I can verify my identity because I am who has this account, bank account and the money and ID card, and so on...

So what's kind of a security issue?
This is normal I couldn't find anywhere any information about that 30 days security concern?

Please somebody explain me how this is logical? 30 days for what?
First payoneer wrote me it does take "few days", after I get a new information this 30 days.
I don't understand and I don't think so this is logical and normal.
I working to a 99design I have a verified account, and I verified my payoneer account before and I add my local bank account which is in my name because of mine.
