What Can I do? My Account is BLOCKED! I need my money!

Hello, I report a problem with a payment I did, my account was in danger, so Payonner blocked my account, that's ok, they told me they are going to send a new card, I sent all my information, everything they asked, but now it's been a couple of days and nobody is answering my emails, I just want to know when is this new card coming and I need to know when I will be able to take my money! Please what can I do? they don't reply emails, I can't do a live chat, and when I call there is no answer either! I don't know what to do and I'm really worried!

    Hate to bring you more bad news, but it's likely you'll never receive a response. I've tried contacting them in the past with no luck.

    Also been receiving spam emails from payoneer lately. At this point I'm not sure if this is a legitimate business.
