technical issue

Application cannot connect after entering of login/pass. It freeze for some time with rotating icon, and after that display information like "unfortunately connection terminated, Payoneer application cannot connect. Please try to connect later" It continue 2 days now, and i am sure about correctness of login and pass and network availability.
