Suddenly receive tab dissapeared

Good day friends, I was using this payoneer account regularly, then I needed to request payment from a client, but I can't see the "Request a Payment" tab under the "Receive" menu in my Payoneer Account. I used to see it there, i've requested payments before, last one was cancelled, i dont know how, and now i cant receive anything. How do I get this solved?

    The only reason this would happen is if the line of work related to the payment you received is not supported by the Global Payment Service or Billing Services. 

    You can find this in our FAQ page and on our terms and conditions.
    If the payment you received is not associated to the none approved services, convay this message to Payoneer support so they can review your case once more.
