delivery of the mastercard

hi,every one i like to share with you a little question that oboses me after opening an
account from payoneer,that is:
i life in somalia where there is no international recognized bank that makes easy to use mastercard
such that,i prefer touse payoneer banki had recently request my card and i wait for it.
finaly how i choose the way of delivery,that i need to DHL service.
