my not approved or canceled 10 days gone already

I received payment 10 days ago from my client but still now its not cleared or rejected for why?
i called 4 times to payoneer and they are very unprofessional they dont know how to talk and how to respond.Very slow service of payoneer
thats why i always prefer paypal
i emailed to them but no response why?
inform me that you cancel or not
