Problem paying with my Payoneer Card

For the last 3 days I am trying to reach Payoneers Support Center without success. I even tried on Twitter with no luck.

I made an online transaction with my Payoneer Mastercard and my account was debited but it never reached the bank account of the company I was paying. So if the money is not on my account and not on theirs where is it?

The company is already looking into it from day 1, but I had no word form Payoneer...The reply option on emails does not work, so this is the only way I am hoping to get their attention.

Please I need assistance with this.
