Payment approved but still nothing in my Payoneer account

I really hope someone can help me. I requested a payment from someone I did a job for and they paid into my Payoneer within an hour. Then Payoneer sent me a request for documentation. I uploaded an image of my passport and answered their questions in the questionnaire. I'm not sure how long Payoneer require to accept this information from me? Anyway, the question is my Status for this payment is marked as "Payment Approved", but I still don't have those funds in my Payoneer account. Can someone please explain what's going on here? I'm desperate for this money. Thanks.

    Also experiencing the same problem now. My payment request status says Payment Approved but the money has not yet been loaded to Payoneer account. Was your problem resolved?
  • It can sometimes take additional days for the payment processing to complete. For more information about your individual case you can contact Payoneer's Customer Care team.

    I've a similar issue. I transferred fund from my Payoneer to my client's Payoneer acoount in the USA, but he complained fund was loaded but account balance indicates "$0.00''. kindly advice what to do in this case. Thanks.

    I've contacted the customer care and I was told my account is under review. The two business days given has elapsed and still status quo.
