Credit Card Load Service

I have been with payoneer for about 5 years now. I have been using the paynow service where clients from US can pay you directly via their credit cards. But when my client goes to paynow.payoneer.com now, he sees a message that says try again later. When i send him a payment request from my payoneer account, it doesn't show credit card load option, it only shows US PAYMENT SERVICE as option, which he cannot use.

Why something that worked just last week, isn't working anymore?

And on top of that, when i submitted a support request, (Reference Number: 161129-013388), someone named Mikki told me i do not have activity, which is why i am not eligible! I get payment every week and it has been going fine for last few months and i even got the payment last week, and She says i do not have activity. What can i do to be "eligible" again?
