Must order a new card (the current card is almost new)

Hello! I cannot understand why do I have to order a new prepaid card, if my current card has more than 3 years before expiring. The message I receive is the following:

"Your prepaid MasterCard® needs to be replaced – please order your new card before December 15th, 2016.
Why do I need a new card?
We have selected our long-standing partner, Choice Bank, to manage the card transactions for your business from here forward. Choice Bank offers you robust payment solutions which will help you to grow your business in the future.
How do I order my new card?
Please log in to Payoneer and order your new prepaid MasterCard®, today. Failure to order a new card by December 15th, 2016 could result in problems accessing future payments."

I tried to contact the customer support almost 5 days ago but didn't get any answer at all. I'm simply being ignored. I'd appreciate if anyone can give me reasonable arguments on this question: why the hell I must order a new card, if I got mine like half a year ago? I had to wait it for a month, plus I had to order two times, because the first one got lost by post. All my incomes are from my card right now and I need at least some explanations. Thank you.

Hi there, if you received this email it means that the issuing bank for your current card will be changed soon so Payoneer is ordering new cards with the new issuing bank in order to smoothly process future payments to your card/account. Once you order the new card, you can still  receive and access future received funds through your current card.

Even though Payoneer is changing their issuing bank for the cards they issue for users such as yourself, please note that this does not mean that you will lose access to your current funds. You will have full access to the funds as you had before and once you receive  and activate the new card, it will be business as usual and you will still be able to receive and access your payouts without any interuptions.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

That is correct. You will still maintain full card access and able to receive payments on the old card even after the deadline date has past as long as you have ordered the new card before the mentioned date.

Once you activate the newly received card, all the funds on the existing card will be moved to the new card and all future payments will be loaded on to it as well.

and I did exactly the same.....

However on the new card my Withdrawal to Bank facility is no longer available which is really bad. Forced to change it but now cant withdraw the money.
So it certainly is not business as usual.

I assume payments will go into the new card account but my issue is getting my money out to my bank account. It is not an option on the new account, no bank withdrawal feature.

I did not receive the message to order a new payoneer card. Does that mean I don't have to order a new one?
