Hello,
a couple of days ago my boss tried to send money as usual using the "make payment option" but all the sudden he get the msg "we're sorry but you cannot make a payment at this time"
so i contacted payoneer support using live chat and they say that we could not figure out this problem and we will send you an email later
one day later i get this disappointing email :
After checking the issue more thoroughly we could not resolve the issue immediately.
We have transferred this to the relevant department with the explanation that you received it in the past and to explain why this option is no longer available.
We will let you know as soon as we have more details.
and u guess it !! no one contacted me after !
the problem is that i receive money before from the same person so there is no reason that he get that msg , i have a pretty active account ! so please someone reach me and fix this problem it's been forever now !!
