Uhm, is it just my account that is being ignored by Payoneer Support or this is a common thing with the service ?

It is just I can not seem to get anything more than an automatic reply by Payoneer (e.g. #161212-014699).
I've been trying to get in touch by sending other emails, also emailing customer care, and also have been trying to contact via chat, but no response ( and the chat is unavailable due to high load or smtg like this (

So, just came here to greet everyone. Maybe I'm not alone with a situation like this.

  • It sounds like the chats are busy right now. You can try again at a later time, or use one of the other methods of contact. If the automatic reply wasn't helpful, just reply to it again and your message will go through to Payoneer's representatives.
