I still didn't recieved my $50 Fiverr bonus

I'm trying to contact support but my issue is still not resolved after 12 days! I'm only getting automatic replies from support en the only real answer was this one:

Ticket 161203-010030: "In order to assist you, please provide us a screenshot of the email where you saw the promotion."

I provided proof but i still didn't get any answer! Can this issue please be resolved? I feel like I'm sending mails to nowhere and it's really frustrating.
