Hi , i have received a payment from my friend . transaction id : Payment ID: 35213245 . ( amount 300 USD )
it's now 5 day and the payment still not approved . i have contacted the support ( 161219-003835 ) to tell me why i should do or where i should send my documents but no reply from them !
i see that many users have the same problem and nothing is resolved quickly
