Payoneer current contact form ant ticket system

I'd like to briefly complain for the current contact-us system.

1) The human verifier is quite annoying, it triggers several times for each form depending on your actions.
3) Compulsory category selection in the form doesn't help at all and only treats the user as a suspicious ignorant element. Required automated response reply is also a discouraging action for the regular user.
2) I can not access my old tickets. Neither my email does contain the support conversations entirely.

I think the contact form and support ticket system is quite improvable.
