Gift card in Amazon with payonner canceled

Hi, I from Venezuela, I have the problem, in the past I was able to buy Gif Card in amazon with the Payonner card, but today 22 of December is not possible, it rejects me, Amazon sends an email saying that it does not know why the transaction is canceled, I assume The problem is with the payonner card, what could I do? If in the past if I could buy, and today not, it is not because I have bad address or postal code, and if I have enough, I have tried $ 240 with $ 5 and do not buy the Gift Card. :( Please Help me
