I made a payment from my payoneer account to another payoneer account. The fund left my account but the recipient was not credited. Also, I got just one email to show that payoneer received my payment order and is processing it but I did not get the second email to show that they have credited the recipient's account. I already tried to contact the payoneer customer support team but there has been no response from them for days now. Someone please help me; what should I do?
