Processing Card Load Takes Long

Hi I'm Francis and I have been working as a Freelancer on Upwork. I join Freelancers Group in facebook, where in I have found about this payoneer. Our Admin who is affiliated with payoneer so she introduce it to everyone in the community. Yes they got my attention for the bonus refferal link. So I started setting up my payoneer account knowing all the details from our admin. After successful setup of my account an email confirmation that I am ready to go and my application has been approve. So the day comes when I am able to withdraw my earnings from Upwork and I immediately Transfer my Funds to Payoneer account. It Reflected now on my dashboard under Activity>Payment History>Upwork Escrow Inc. so the status is in Processing Card Load. I have waited about 4 hours and still the same, I know that some of my co-freelancer use this method and they only took 5 minutes to be able to withdraw.
How long was It really takes to be available on my funds.
