New Payoneer arrangements will incur serious tax issues on freelancers!

Payoneer started a beta testing to transfer money from local partner to our accounts. I got an invitation to be a beta tester for this arrangement.

I have a very serious concern on this arrangement. As you may know that forex amount received in Pakistan is tax free. The existing arrangements of Payoneer global payment transactions reflect as international transfers and we can claim that money tax free as per govt rule. Once we start receiving payment from Payoneer's local partner, it would reflect as a local transfer to our bank accounts and then we have to pay tax which we should not pay. I believe the local partner will get more benefits and individual freelancers will have to pay on the tax free income.

I have already wrote my concern to Payoneer. What do you guys think about it?

Best,
Waheed

Freelancers are already running around like monkeys govt. don't provide any facility, IT ministry & so called PASHA etc doing nothing it is a serious concern because their local partner will get all the benefits and freelancers again will run around.

Any way we can transfer funds directly in a forex account. All my USD payments are first converted to local account, and the rate is terrible so loose so much from the spread. Wondering if there's a work around where we can receive funds in forex account. Allied won't let me get it transferred to USD account and asks to deposit in PKR account.
