An immediate load that is taking a week now to process

Hello everyone,
Last week, I received a payment from freelancer.com and I chose the immediate load because I needed money. My money was supposed to load in 2 hours. Four hours later, nothing happened. I got impatient and contacted the payoneer support, they told me that my money will load by the end of the day. Tomorrow morning, I checked my account, nothing happened, still processing... i contacted the support again, they told me that they will make sure the finance department will take a look and refund the immediate load. nothing happened. I contacted them again on Thursday, they apologised and said that I will receive my funds on Monday end of day. Is that serious!!! No, believe me. They said that this payment is stuck for some reason. What reason??? Just give me a reason and I'll accept it.
Sorry, but Payoneer is no more trustable.
