Please Payoneer staff, help me solve this issue, Reference no. 161214-013113. It is now more than 7 days since the pre-authorized transaction appeared on my online account page. I filed a dispute case about ATM withdrawal and won the case. I was told to wait for 7 days for the chargeback to become available for use. Why is it still pre-authorised, yet it is now 8 days past? Please help me Payoneer Staff. Thanks in advance.0
