Payoneer will be disabled in 5 business days

Today I got a very frustrating message from payoneer. They sent this message " This message is to inform you that unfortunately, in accordance with Payoneer's Terms and Conditions, we will no longer be able to provide you with a payment solution.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. In order to avoid delayed or declined payments, we advise that you not attempt to send any additional payments to your Payoneer account.

Your account will be disabled in 5 business days, on 01/10/2017.

Please be sure to access any available account balance by that time, as once your account is disabled you will be unable to access those funds."

I called customer manager. The lady on the phone apologized but didn't able to give any inormation why they want to disable my account. They can't explain what was wrong.

Is there anybody faced same problem before and got their account back?

    Their support are very freaking bad. Trust me I have problem almost 2 months now. No solving yet. Email support sent it twice. FB support like rubbish.

    YES SUPPORT ALWYS SENT SAME MESAGE THEY DONT TRYING TO FIX OUR PROBLEM ..THEY DONT WANT TO BACK OUR MONEY
