I am a little confused about which bank issued the payoneer mastercard

I applied a payoneer card. I got the information from the webpage that ;The Payoneer Prepaid MasterCard® card is issued by Choice Bank Limited, Wirecard Card Solutions Ltd ("WDCS"); however, the piece of paper received show 'first century bank' which is based in US. My questions is ; is the card issued by Choice bank limited or first century bank? Thanks
