Urgent !!! Account Locked (more than 1 week)

Hi Payoneer.

On January 01 2017 I received a phone call from payoneer to update my account. During update I accidentally locked my account. So I was unable to log in to my account. So sent message to customer care (2 times) but I didn't receive anything but auto-reply. My reference numbers are 170101-006262 and 170105-003572. It's been more than a week since my account is locked. I'm a freelancer and if my account is locked like this, I'll be in trouble. Please help
