Questionnaire sent, never approved. Have pending payments.

Hello. I've been working with Payoneer since a few months and have successfully received a payment from my client prior to this. I also sent my ID and my questionnaire, but now after 6 business days I haven't received my payment. I went to the account and noted that the request could not be done by credit card, and this is how my client pays me.
Then I noticed that the questionnaire was never approved nor rejected, it just says "Sent". How can I fix this?
