Charged twice for the annual fee?

Hi. In December 2016 I got charged for the usual annual fee of 29.95$ which was valid until November 2017. Then I was asked to request a new card from Choice Bank Limited. I got the new card, activated it, my funds were transferred from the old card and I got charged again in January 2017 with an annual fee of 29.95$ valid until December 2017. Why was I charged twice? Can you please solve this issue, because it is extremely frustrating. I have also sent a ticket to the support team with Reference Number: 170111-019236
