My Payer keep seeing option to pay into a community federal savings bank

Hello ,
Please every time i make a payment request, to my payer, my payer keeps telling me that there is no option for him to pay directly into my payoneer account , instead all that shows is a community federal savings bank account number,.
Please how can i resolve this. Thanks

    Hi, Gbenga. From which country is your payer making the payment? If it's outside US, PLEASE DO NOT ask him to use the global payment options for community federal savings bank, it cost me and my client almost $100 few weeks ago, in December 2016. I lost $50 and he lost over $40 in bank commissions and yet payoneer gave me an off-handed, unconfirmable explanation that they can't received wired payments outside US for my account, blah blah blah but I know the money is somewhere since my client's bank sent me a confirmation that they made the payment, it definitely can't be in the cloud or outerspace. You don't want to lose your hard-earned money. Instead, refer him to this link:load.payoneer.com and ask him to use his credit card (Recommended) to make payment to your payoneer account (simply supply the email you created the account with).

    This depends on the sender of the funds. Different options are available depending if the sender of the funds is an individual client or a company. If the sender is an individual client, he may be required to split up the amount into different transfers as there are some transfer limits for individual clients.

    Is your client from the US. If so, is he an individual or company client?

    One thing you have to remember regarding the payment options we offer directly through Payoneer is the limits that may apply. Credit card and echeck limits each has a maximum payment amount per payment attempt. You can find this information on our FAQ page by clicking here

    If your client is not from the United States, than he will not be able to pay you directly to your US banking details we provide as a company or individial client.

    Individual clients outside the US can only pay via credt card payments and companies in the United Kingdom and Europe can pay through details we provide locally in these regions.

    My client is an individual in the US, yet whenever I request payment, there's no option for 'Individual' only 'Company', and she is told to pay the money via local bank transfer. Why can't she pay me via credit card?

    I can only speculate generally about this. The best thing to do in this case is contact Payoneer support and see if there is an issue with your Payoneer account (which can be resolved if there is one) or if there may be a block on the card your client is attempting to use.

    Good day Payoneer,

    I was having incident yesterday about my account balance in Payoneer. I was going to withdraw my balance which is $200 but the bank cannot dispense that amount of money so i cancel my request but when i was going in another branch of the Bank it says the my requested amount is greater than my balance so i check my account and i see that i have only $0.78. Then i got in touch with the Bank i was withdrawing and they says that i need to get in touch with this site and the bank will refund my balance and put it back in my account which is Payoneer.

    I hope this site will make it faster cause i'm really in need of money for my financials.

    It sounds like your funds may be on hold. When this happens, even though the transaction hasn't gone through, the funds are still held "pending" and can only be released if the bank finalizes the transaction. Otherwise they will stay that way until the transaction expires and you'll receive them back automatically. If you contact Payoneer's Support Center they'll be able to provide you with more details.
