I can access my payoneer account but why i my account password is invalid in every transaction?

hi, can anyone help me out with this? need help. I can access my payoneer account online but everytime i try to withdraw money or account a bank account, the pop up window that asks for the security confirmation rejects the password i give. May i ask what it means by account password? is this the account pin from the payoneer card or is it the password of my online account. Any thoughts on this? the account's been opened for two months now yet i still cannot do any transaction.

    It sounds like maybe your browser saved history is interferring with your attempt to withdraw your funds. Try clearing your broswser history or use a different web browser just to rule out that this is ineed a browser related issue.

    IF that still does not work, contact Payoneer support so they can take a closer look into your case as there might be something you and I are unable to see.

    Actually i've used different computers to see if there'd be differences in the process and to see if i can do transactions using another computer but to no avail...customer service support live chat was not working as well due to high volume of inquiries so i couldn't ask them (which is ironic since the idea of customer support is to answer large volume of queries)

    I don't think I would go as far as calling it ironic, but I understand where you are coming from.

    The thing you have to remember with chats is that it is convenient and a free option for everyone to use which unforetunately can lead to long wait times on some days.
    Reverting back to basics, calling by phone usually is the fastest way to get a response and beats waiting in a long chat queue should the wait time be longer than one wishes to wait.
