I tried to send an ACH payment by paper check to payee who is using Payoneer but it was unsuccessful.
To initiate an ACH payment over internet banking an address is required. What should I use for address?

ACH transfers generally can only be done by US based companies. Individual clients are unable to process a local transfer through the bank that can be used by Payoneer's details to capture the payments.

If you are an individual client, the Payoneer account holder will need to send you a payment request through their account access. Through the email you will receive, you will have the option to submit a payment via credit card or an echeck (bank transfer) payment.

You can find more information as a payeer in our FAQ page.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

    Dear Adam,

Thank you for your prompt response.

Actually, I initiated a payment using a business checking account.
As you can see on this link s27.postimg.org/elwpkyorn/ACH_payment.png I am required to put all this information for ACH payment including an address of payee/bank.

I used an address of Community Federal Savings Bank but since a payee never received a payment I have initiated a stop payment.

Understood. The thing about the details Payoneer provides, while they are issued by the banks they work with (Bank Of America, Community Federal Savings, ect), the details are not directly connected to a specific bank branch. This is why there is no street, city or branch code because no phyiscal bank branch has access to these details or association to them.

I am only familer with the general terms (ACH), but the best way I can explain this is that you need to process the payment the same way you would do payroll to a mass amount of employees. The transfer method is basically the same as far as I understand and it should work.

Definitelyone thing you should not do is a wire transfer as this Payoneer cannot capture these types of payment transfers.
