Can you tell me after selecting no refund/exchange option what I have to input into the next the opinion: Refund Policy url?

As I don't want to make refund policy and so that's why, I don't know refund url.

what is the exact solution about this?

Hello Zahid, if you do not have a URL designated for your refund policy, you should enter in the URL the link of the website where you either provide your services from or connected with your client.

By the by, Can you tell me how I will withdraw money to my local bank account without card activation?
As I don't get payoneer card yet and that's why, I can't activate the card also.
But I've received the money from my client to my payoneer account.

In this situation, I have to become more worry about withdrawal and I can't get any way for card activation.

On card accounts, part of the security of the account is tied to verifying the card details when you withdraw. Therefore in many cases you'll have to wait for the card. That being said, you can contact Payoneer's support center and see if there's anything that can be done here.
