Hi guys! As an expert on payment systems I signed up on a few months ago in order to try this new revolutionary (?) way of receive payments from my customers! Now I've to say (sadly) that I wouldn't desire this event to my worst enemy ! simply doesn't work... Yes your custormers will successfully pay you using their credit cards BUT you'll never EVER see the money! So you try to talk to customer care... YOU ARE LOST! they're never online. They keep sending you emails trying to find out whether you are doing legal business or you are a drug dealer... Asking the same questions (that you have already answered) again and again.... until you confess!!! rsrsrsrsrs! What a piece of crap !!!

Sounds like you are either receiving payments from an individual client or from an ewallet. While company based payments are easily identifiable and can be credited to your account almost as soon as it is received, individual client payments or payments coming from ewallet accounts can take longer to be approved and credited becase it is not always so clear where the source of the funds come from.

Each type of payment review has it's own challaneged to overcome which is why Payoneer requets for additional information from time to time for approval.

With that said, Payoneer offers many different ways to receive your payouts directly through Payoneer. Getting payments from a companies or a trusted company that pays out through Payoneer has the money processed to your account with reletive haste. You can learn more about this and follow some of the embedded links to see examples on our FAQ page by clicking here.

Happy and willing to answer general questions.

For any inquiries directly associated to your Payoneer account, please contact Payoneer's Customer Care Support Center.
