I'm trying to contact Payoneer support but they didn't reply for month. What should I do now?

Payoneer does not approve my new account (Applied from Upwork). I have another Payoneer master card. I want to add that account to my payment method. How can I do that?

We can do the removal for you but kindly request first from Payoneer to "dissociate" your Upwork account from your current Payoneer account. The dissociation must be done from their end because if not done successfully, the same Payoneer account may appear once we remove it and you add a new one.

I was continuously sending mail to Payoneer. But they aren't replying. What should I do now? I'm really in trouble, please help
