my account is locked with no answer from support

hello
my payoneer account is locked for no reason i haven't entered a wrong password as my browser has all my password saved ! and still payoneer locked my account after trying to reset my password!
i don't get it, i tried contacting support 2 time and sent them all the information to get my account unlocked and still no reply from them !
please help !
