Hold on payments

Hi, every payment I receive from customers goes through a holding period of 2-3 business days. I receive payments from clients who pay through a Credit Card.

I have fully verified my account so why is this hold on every payment I receive? Is there a way to lift this holding period or reduce it to 1 day maybe?

    Hi there, when the payment does not come directly from a company through Payoneer's direct payout services, additional resources may be allocated to reviewing the payment before it will be credited to your account.

    Okay, so is there no way to lift this review period and get instant money in my account?

  • Payments coming from our Mass Payout Partners can be loaded same day. So if you work through Fiverr for example that would enable your money to arrive same day. Otherwise at the moment there is no way to shorten the wait period.

    Hold on payments was bearable but the recent "Approval Process" has made things very hard for me Jason. I have received 3 payments directly from customers in this month and all of them are on hold pending approval from your Payment Department. I contacted you guys through email but no reply then I tried contacting you guys through Chat and a lot of time I got the error that " Chat Is Unavailable due to high volume " but after trying for a few days I finally got through to chat and spoke to a rep who escalated my case and I received a reply from your Payment Department requesting additional information + documents to credit the payments to my account.

    What I don't understand is that if you guys keep holding the payments I receive for so many days before releasing it to me, why should I not just stop using your platform and go back to using PayPal? I've been using PayPal since 7 years and only had 1 or 2 holds on payments which were cleared once I provided them the relevant information.

    My Payoneer account is already fully verified, I have provided genuine documents and you have approved my account based on that but recently every payment I have received has been delayed by your approval process. It's been a week and still I'm waiting for some of my payments to be approved and my customers are demanding either a refund or for me to send them their projects which I can't send them until I get the money in my account as payment terms were advance payment.

    Honestly, if I knew receiving payments would be such a hassle with Payoneer, I would not have opened an account with you guys. I am losing sleep and customers due to your payment holding process.

    I'm not a happy customer at all!

    i second you... i am facing the same issue , its been almost 10 days and i still did not receive my payment yet. It has been succesfully withdrawn from fiverr. I am trying to contact the payoneer customer support from so many days but no response from their side...
